Since joining Rivers & Roads, I’ve been building the operational backbone for ITCH’s Career Club launch, including a draft background screening protocol, and developed a fi rst draft of “Career Buddy 2.0” to support the R&R grant application. Across all of this, the throughline is the same as my HR background: building the systems and structure that let a growing organization scale safely and sustainably.
Most recent, the project I’d point to is the return-to-office (RTO) initiative I led as the main architect during my time at Green Dot. My work directly informed decisions made by the C-suite and acquisition team as they determined where to open new hub locations, and I built the full RTO framework – company-wide communications, policies, and trainings covering safety, leave of absence, workplace accommodations, and new hire orientation.
That project drew on a foundation of hands-on Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS) and Total Rewards (TR) experience: I served as the Workday subject matter expert for benefi ts and time & attendance modules at Lancaster General Health (8,000+ employees), and managed HRIS through an Oracle implementation at GTT Communications during a period of rapid acquisition-driven growth (headcount grew from ~350 to 950+ in a single year). On the TR side, I led TR strategy across seven manufacturing plants at Fenner Inc., including launching an ESPP program with Michelin following an acquisition. I also served as Senior TR Analyst at Green Dot, where I helped decrease overall claims spend by 7% year-over-year through expanded telemedicine and wellness education for a largely remote (80%) workforce.
