Jen Rickert Joins Rivers & Roads as Operations Coordinator

Easton, MD – Rivers & Roads Consulting has announced the addition of Jen Rickert as its new Operations Coordinator, a key position that will strengthen the firm’s operational infrastructure as it continues to expand its reach across the region.

In this role, Rickert will oversee essential internal systems and processes, coordinate the firm’s response to Requests for Proposals (RFPs), and support the delivery of nonprofit management services to clients throughout Maryland and beyond. She will play a vital role in helping Rivers & Roads continue its upward trajectory as the firm grows both in size and scope.

Rickert brings deep experience in organizational administration and process improvement, having served in roles with the Kent County Chamber of Commerce, Appalachia Service Project, and Grace Presbyterian Church, among others. Known for her ability to bring structure to complex projects, she excels at creating systems that help organizations operate more efficiently and sustainably.
