EASTON, MD — Rivers & Roads Consulting has promoted Jen Rickert to Operations Manager, expanding her role as the firm continues to grow its client base, project portfolio, and internal team.
Rickert previously served as Operations Coordinator, supporting administrative systems, project logistics, internal coordination, and day-to-day operational needs across the firm. In her new role, she will take on greater responsibility for managing core operational functions and helping ensure that projects move efficiently from planning to delivery.

The promotion reflects Rivers & Roads’ continued investment in internal capacity as the firm expands its work with nonprofits, municipalities, public agencies, developers, and mission-driven organizations across the Mid-Atlantic.
As Operations Manager, Rickert will oversee key operational functions, support project coordination across the consulting team, and serve as a direct point of contact for clients on select engagements. Her expanded role will help improve communication, accelerate delivery of work products, and strengthen the firm’s ability to manage multiple complex projects at once.
