As part of the acquisition, KVN Partners founder Kate Van Name will join Rivers & Roads as a Consultant, bringing over 30 years of executive leadership and strategic insight to the firm’s growing bench of talent.

Founded on the principle of delivering measurable return on time, talent, and treasure, KVN Partners has worked with small business owners and mission-driven leaders to solve complex challenges through strategy, coaching, and intentional transformation. Kate’s advisory approach has helped companies navigate growth, manage change, and lead with purpose—aligning seamlessly with Rivers & Roads’ own focus on practical, forward-looking solutions for clients across sectors.
